Meet Lindsey Hickman

From the moment she entered the wellness field, Lindsey envisioned creating a sanctuary for healing—one that would uplift not only her clients but also fellow practitioners. That vision came to life over 12 years ago with the founding of Soul Flower Wellness, which has since evolved into a vibrant community of collaborative, like-minded educators and guides dedicated to personal and collective growth.

Since 2008, Lindsey has accumulated over 15,000 hours of hands-on experience, mastering her craft as a massage therapist. She blends intuitive bodywork with a deep understanding of holistic healing. In addition to being a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher and women’s empowerment mentor, she deepened her expertise through the 2022 Integrative Somatic Trauma Healing program at The Embody Lab. Her work is grounded in more than two decades of personal and professional experience navigating the complex terrain of trauma and addiction.

Lindsey is currently expanding her healing offerings through breathwork, training under the lineage of David Elliott. She shares this practice with passion, believing breathwork to be a vital tool for both individual transformation and building deeper community connections.
